As a shiftleader...

You are the operational engine of the venue. You keep the overview, stay calm when it gets busy, and manage the team with precision. You aren't someone who watches from the sidelines, but the leader who leads from the front. With your experience and grounded mindset, you ensure that service runs seamlessly, the vibe stays right, and guests want for nothing.

What will you be doing?

• The go-to person on the floor: You actively work alongside the team in service, act as the point of contact for guests, and put your colleagues at ease.
• Operational management: You divide tasks, keep the overview during peak hours, and make sure everyone is in the right spot.
• Planning and development: You assist with daily planning and actively contribute ideas for the crew’s growth and development.
• Guarding quality and guidelines: You oversee service quality and guarantee that guidelines like HACCP are strictly followed.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 6 years of hospitality experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• A natural leader who leads by example, handles stress with ease, and is straightforward.
• A doer who knows how to motivate the team and is only satisfied when the place runs like clockwork.
• Someone with an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
