As a sous-chef

You are the right hand of our head chef. You lead the kitchen team, guard the quality, and bring global flavors to our guests' plates. You bring the energy and keep the overview in a buzzing open kitchen. A role with serious responsibility, guts, and all the freedom to turn your culinary ideas into reality.

What will you be doing?

• Leading the team: You lead the kitchen brigade, coach your colleagues, and build a great vibe on the floor.
• Guarding quality: You keep a sharp eye on quality and guarantee that HACCP guidelines are followed flawlessly.
• Thinking creatively: You actively contribute ideas for the menu, innovative dishes, and food cost calculations.
• Keeping the kitchen running: You maintain contact with suppliers and manage orders.
